SHIPPING POLICY
Welcome to PRECISION VINYL ARTS INC shipping policy section. We ship all orders within 1-3 business days of payment. We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $25 will be charged for service in Canada. We ship using Canada Post, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination. We take great care in packaging all our products and make sure they arrive safely to our customers. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping, please do not hesitate to contact us.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At PRECISION VINYL ARTS INC, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or defective.
